Refund Policy
All sales are final. Since we customize each order according to your file and exact specifications, no refunds are given once Complete Graphics starts working on your order, which means Complete Graphics has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and has begun work on your job (i.e., your job is in production).
If we verify that we have made an error, we will re-run the order. We must be notified within 24 hours from delivery of any defects. In order to receive the replacement, customer must return 100% of the defective order at their expense within 5 days of their receipt. We will re-run the order with the original turnaround and send them out via the same paid shipping method. Shipping is non-refundable.
In some cases, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by Complete Graphics for a specific order. Such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order as well as merchant bank fees on credit card transactions.
Each order made from Complete Graphics is a contract between you, as the customer making the order, and Complete Graphics . The fact that you have made an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve you of liability to Complete Graphics . As such, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular items printed or to cancel the order with you does not affect your liability to Complete Graphics.

The Complete Graphics web server uses an extended log file format which captures: date and time of visit, referring address (location from which a visitor comes to Complete Graphics), type of Internet browser, and visitor's IP address. (Each computer that connects to the Internet is assigned a unique number, an IP address, for identification purposes). The log file does not capture a visitor's email address.

If you choose to pay for your order by telephone, Complete Graphics will take you details, process your order and will immediatly destroy the details.
Opt Out Options
Complete Graphics allows customers the option to opt-out of marketing communications upon request. Once we receive your information, we may send you marketing communications that contain valuable offers, promotions and other content. However, users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the directions contained in the communication. All marketing communications from Complete Graphics will tell you how to stop receiving them.

Payment
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in Great British Pound (GBP), unless otherwise noted. If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products, design services or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method.
On competition of an online order the payment for that job is due in full. Complete Graphics will then get to work on the work and complete it within the turnaround time specified. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been done by Complete Graphics on that print job.
Please note that no work will proceed on any print job in your order until full payment is received by Complete Graphics.
Payment Methods
All purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method. Approved payment methods include any of the following methods:
PayPal: Pay by credit card or debit card. This is simple and safe. Most of our customers pay this way. This is the most secure way to pay with PayPal taking care of the security of your payment details.
Pay by check: Choose this option and finish your order. After you're done, simply mail your cheque to us (see contact us for more details, and once the cheque has cleared, work will commence on your job. The specified turnaround time for that job will start from the day the cheque clears.
Pay by phone: Pay by telephone using your credit card or debit card. When using this service Complete Graphics will manually process your order and on completion of the process all your details will be destroyed.
Delivery:
We will dispatch you order as soon as the work has been completed, generally within 5 dyas. Depending on the size and value of your order it may by post or courier. Most orders will be sent via post via First Class - taking 1-2 days to deliver.
Cancellation:
Cancellation Policy
When you place a job with Complete Graphics you are entering into a legally binding contract. Should you choose to cancel this contract at a later date it can only be cancelled in writing
We will immediately allocate resources to your account. These take a wide variety of forms from customer service personnel, machine and delivery scheduling, studio costs, print finishing etc.
It is your responsibility to perform your part of the contract e.g supply the PDF’s to our required standard
